Licor de Cacao is made in small batches using roasted cacao nibs from Lucid Chocolatier. We soak these nibs in vodka, drawing out their natural richness and bold chocolate character. The result is a velvety, indulgent liqueur with a smooth, lingering finish.

Host Responsibility
The management/staff of this business have a responsibility under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 to minimise harm from alcohol and promote responsible drinking. In order to do this we will do the following:

It is against the law to serve minors. In order to mitigate this, customers ordering from our website will be asked if they are 18+ prior to them being able to enter our website. They will also be asked this again before the sale is completed and they will be reminded that they must be over 18 to receive a delivery from us and that the delivery company will require a signature from someone 18+ to accept delivery.
When customers order via phone they will be asked at the start of the conversation if they are over 18 and again at the end of the conversation. If there is any indication during the conversation that they are purchasing alcohol to pass on to minors the purchase will not be completed.
When samples are available to the public during promotions we will insist on age verification if we have any doubt as to age. We will ask for ID for anyone that looks under 25 – the acceptable forms of proof of age being a current NZ photo driver’s licence, a current passport, a NZ Access Card or a HNZ 18+ card.
All deliveries via a courier will occur within the hours of the licence, a signature from an 18+ person will be required and a R18 sticker will be attached to the package.
In case of local deliveries all deliveries will occur during the hours of licence, ID will be checked if they look under 25 and deliveries will be signed for by a person 18+.
We will display appropriate signage. We will display our Off-Licence Host Responsibility Policy and duty manager’s name in sampling areas.

We will ensure all staff involved in the remote sale of alcohol hold a Manager’s Certificate or have completed the LCQ (Licence Controller Qualification) course.
We will not encourage the rapid or excessive consumption of alcohol. Our products are luxury/gift items that are to be sipped and savoured.
We will at all times adhere to the terms of our licence and operate within the requirements of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
